the staff provided excellent service . the hotel room included a well-stocked mini bar with complimentary snacks and drinks. i especially liked the turndown service each evening (they even left chocolates on the pillow!).

the elevator was a bit slow during peak hours.

the golden poppy restaurant dinner was good. i like the SHOW cooking. the plates were beautiful and innovative. the pools and saunas were relaxing and chill.

the soundproof window had a problem and it was VERY LOUD. they gave us a smaller room with a smaller bed, so BAD. the cleaning was bad too.
