The location was acceptable. It put me close to many shops.

the room service was slow. i waited over an hour for a simple omelette, and it never came! the workout room was also small, which limited my exercise options.

the staff provided excellent service . the hotel room included a well-stocked mini bar with complimentary snacks and drinks. i especially liked the turndown service each evening (they even left chocolates on the pillow!).

the elevator was a bit slow during peak hours.

the hotel decoration features thoughtful details. every space felt beautifully designed. our room was cleaned twice daily. i found the rooftop bar offered a great selection of drinks.

The workout room felt tiny. I wished for more space.

decent but not flawless stay

show cooking innovative plate small room bad cleaning

the golden poppy restaurant dinner was good. i like the SHOW cooking. the plates were beautiful and innovative. the pools and saunas were relaxing and chill.

the soundproof window had a problem and it was VERY LOUD. they gave us a smaller room with a smaller bed, so BAD. the cleaning was bad too.
